The City of Poway, California is taking steps to sell the 397-space Poway Royal Estates to Hometown America, which owns 129 mobile home parks in the U.S., for a price of $38.3 million. In addition to the $38.3 million, Hometown will have to make improvements, to the satisfaction of the city, totaling another $1 million. Read more »
