SAFE ACT is one of the most invasive, intrusive bunch of laws I’ve ever seen and every RE and Mobile investor needs to be aware of what its consequences would be if fully enacted as envisioned.
It would basically stop and make illegal ALL Seller financing of homes, RE and Mobiles in USA done by Sellers w/o a special license from their states and/or Fed Gov.
This bit of Big Gov Socialism is unnecessary and not needed.
