The Ventura County Superior Court has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the residents of Canejo Mobile Home Park against the City of Thousand Oaks, California.
The residents had filed a suit seeking more relocation money, as the park is being re-developed and all residents must move out. Read more »

The 58-acre Del Rey Mobile Home Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico is closing on November 30 after a 40 year run. At its peak the park had 400 residents, although it now has only 30. The park is owned by Argus Development, and is considered one of the best redevelopment sites in the city. Read more »

The City of Menifee, California has taken the unusual step of ordering the closure of Baileywick Mobile Home Park after 18 years of continuous code violations, the largest being a non-working septic system that leaves large pools of sewage on the ground, as well as an electrical system often held together with string and plastic bottles.
